Welcome to Groomer.org. By browsing, searching, submitting a listing, or using any feature on this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Directory & Informational Service Nature

Groomer.org is an informational directory service only. Groomer.org does not own, operate, manage, or employ any of the pet groomers, salons, or mobile grooming operators listed on this website. Each listed provider is an independently owned and operated entity.

Groomer.org does not guarantee, certify, or endorse the quality, qualifications, licensing, insurance, sanitization standards, safety, or pricing of any individual provider. Consumers are solely responsible for independently evaluating and selecting providers for their pets.

2. Groomer & Business Responsibilities

Business owners who register or claim listings represent and warrant that all submitted information is accurate, truthful, and up-to-date. Groomers are strictly responsible for maintaining their own municipal licenses, business liability insurance, animal handling certifications, and compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal animal welfare regulations.

3. Consumer Reviews & Guidelines

Reviews submitted to Groomer.org must reflect genuine, first-hand consumer experiences. Consumers may not submit defamatory, unlawful, harassing, or fabricated ratings. Groomers may publicly respond to consumer reviews from their dashboard, but businesses may not alter or delete consumer reviews. Groomer.org reserves the right to remove any review that violates our moderation standards.

4. Premium Subscriptions & Billing

Premium memberships ($29/month or $299/year) provide priority visibility, enhanced media galleries, and direct booking links. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Groomers may cancel their subscription anytime directly from the Groomer Dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Groomer.org and its operators disclaim all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from transactions, communications, or pet grooming services performed by third-party groomers listed on this site.
